A) Adhesive Foam Patch
The adhesive foam patches are medical grade and easy to use. The preferred mounting site is below the armpit, directly on the rib cage on the are between pectoral muscle and latissimus muscle:
|Remove small release liner.||Put CORE on the adhesive.||Remove large release liner.||Place CORE on skin.|
The CORE shape allows easy clip-on onto a chest belt (e.g. heart rate monitor) or bra (not included). The provided securing clips are an optional additional fixation measure for particularly thin or slippery straps.
|Slide CORE onto the chest strap.||Make sure logo is facing outward.||Add clips for additional fixation.||Correct mounting.|
Mounting Options – Arm
|Insert strap velcro side facing inside.||Fold strap onto itself to secure the velcro.||Repeat with the other side.||Adjust length as needed.|
Removing adhesive patches
Patch removal instructions will follow soon!
- Clean CORE after every use using water and mild detergent.
- The housing is resistant to rubbing alcohol (isopropanol and ethanol). Rubbing alcohol can be used for removing tenacious dirt and for disinfection. DO NOT USE ACETONE!
- Store CORE in a dry and cool place when not in use. Elevated temperatures will shorten battery life!
- Regularly recharge battery (at least every 2 months) to extend battery capacity.
