Polar Verity Sense is an optical heart rate monitor that provides you with maximum freedom of movement and is especially popular with runners.
With Bluetooth®, ANT+, and internal memory, you can connect Polar Verity Sense to the CORE 2 thermal sensor & any supported sports devices to see your heart rate in real time. The CORE 2 or CORE 1 can be clipped securely to the Verity Sense Armband.
The accurate heart rate measurement afforded by a dedicated HRM is a significant improvement (esp. on stability) over a wrist/watched based HRM - in turn this delivers a much more accurate and reliable reading of core body temperature, Heat Strain Index and all metrics built on these real-time data points.
Note: A heart rate monitor needs to be paired with CORE to ensure accuracy.
