Yes we plan on selling the previous model until they are out of stock, and we will offer discounted pricing for those that are eager to get started with CORE.

Yes, CORE will offer a trade-in program for customers wishing to upgrade. CORE 1 users who send their device in will receive partial credit towards a CORE 2 purchase. Full details will be released ahead of the CORE 2 launch in March 2025.

CORE is bringing the innovative CORE 2 to users while keeping the price the same as the current CORE 1 sensor. CORE 2 will retail for 269.95CHF. Local pricing will be set closer to launch based on exchange rates and VAT.

We are always looking at data to optimize our algorithms and will be pushing a new update to CORE 1 and CORE 2 users ahead of the release. More details will follow.

CORE 2 uses a new modular approach with a separate clip to fasten the sensor to the heart rate monitor strap.

CORE 2 comes with one HRM Clip. For those that wish to have an extra clip for a second heart rate strap, additional HMR Clips will be available for sale separately.

Yes. You can continue to use your CORE1 sensor and the CORE App as before.

Yes. CORE 2 retains the same connectivity. We are always evaluating and talking to potential connected partners and will continue to update users on new partnerships. See here for a full list of our current connectivity partners.

Yes. You can use the CORE 1 adhesive patches with CORE 2. CORE 2 does not come with any patches as the recommended use is with a HRM and we are seeking to reduce waste. If you want adhesive patches and do not have any you can purchase them on the website.

At launch CORE 2 offers the same functionality as the current CORE. We have an extensive roadmap of new software features scheduled for release over the course of 2025.

Yes. Both models use the same app.

The new CORE 2 HRM Clip is designed to fit most chest or arm straps which can be opened and threaded through.

We are constantly working to provide bug-free software to our users and are committed to continuing this effort with CORE 2.

The web dashboard is reserved for pro or research users and is not specific to the hardware model.

Yes, the new charger has a USB-C connector on the energy supply side but the magnetic connector on the device side is the same so you can use the CORE 1 USB-A charger with it.
