While CORE gives the most accurate data when worn on the chest/torso, the arm still gives an acceptable degree of accuracy and many people are willing to trade the accuracy for comfort. The temperature data tends to read slightly lower on the arm compared to the chest.
The arm strap is made of a comfortable elastic material, perforated for improved breathability and with velcro for convenience and adjustability. It is adjustable/one-size-fits all and is designed to remain comfortable for all-day use.
