To reduce the risk of overheating and dehydration, drink plenty of water before, during and after the use of the suit. If you experience dizziness, vomiting, muscle cramps, nausea, and/or light-headedness, stop using the suit and seek emergency medical help immediately.
If you are over 65, suffer from a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory condition, and/or under medical treatment, please do not use the suit without consulting a physician or a healthcare provider. Pregnant women and children (under the age of 18) should not use the suit under any circumstance.
This is not a toy. To avoid danger of suffocation, keep the suit out of reach of babies and young children.
