FAQ - No verification email received
When you sign up for our service via web app or mobile app, you need to verify your email address before your account is activated.
It can take up to a few minutes for the verification link to arrive in your email inbox. Please make sure to check he junk folder as well.
However, in some rare occasions the verification email may never arrive in your inbox. This has been observed for apple domains; email addresses ending on @icloud.com, @me.com or @mac.com.
In some cases, it has proven successful to reset the password instead of waiting for the verification email to arrive. Resetting the password is done by clicking a link in another email that is sent to your account. Sometimes the password reset email reaches the inbox, even if the verification email never did.
In the case no email from the CORE cloud can be received, we would kindly ask you to sign up using a secondary email address of yours.
