FAQ - Shipping to the United Kingdom
For orders from the United Kingdom, the CORE ships directly from Europe (Germany). Orders are usually dispatched on the same day or following work day (depending on the time of order) and deliveries to the UK are sent as 'Express Priority Plus".
Delivery times and costs to the United Kingdom have been significantly impacted by Brexit, including territories which rely on UK postal services.
Delivery Times
As a result of Brexit, there are extended delays with Royal Mail distribution centres and with Customs Processing. Deliveries can be held/delayed by customs / UK postal services for extended periods without status updates. In some cases, delivery can take up to 6 weeks.
When an order is made and a tracking code provided via email. The status and location can be checked with the DHL and Royal Mail tracking services:

In exceptional cases where an order is sent from Switzerland to the UK, the tracking will also be provide for Swiss Post:

Delivery Costs
The shipping cost to the UK is CHF15 (approx. GBP 11.50)
Minimum order value for UK delivery is £135
Since Brexit and the changes to UK customs, orders valued at £135 or less have significant additional overheads (requiring administration, collection of VAT, accounting and reporting). Delivering orders values at £135 or less to the UK is prohibitive and in this case, a message is displayed on the online store that the "Order can not be shipped".
Customs / VAT / Brokerage Fees
When ordered, please expect that customs fees (import VAT + Brokerage Fee) will be levied.
In our experience, customers will receive their order and a letter requesting payment of fees. Based on customer feedback, these fees can vary significantly so we are unable to provide any guidance.
