Not sure whether CORE is right for you? Unsure if heat training can make a difference to your performance?
CORE offers our customers a 30-day risk-free trial period. You may return your CORE Sensor within 30 days of delivery if you are, for any reason, not satisfied with your purchase.
This policy covers purchases made exclusively on corebodytemp.com If you bought your CORE or accessories from a distributor or other vendor, please contact them for their return policy. We cannot process returns for purchases not made on corebodytemp.com
To be eligible for a return, your request should reach us within 30 days from delivery. Your CORE sensor must be undamaged and in full working condition in the original box with all accessories and any unused patches
Return shipments must be postmarked within 10 days of the claim’s approval notification.
All Sales for Accessories are Final.
You as the customer are responsible for return packaging, shipping costs and label.
If you decide you want to return your purchase:

Email us at info@corebodytemp.com for authorisation first. Please specify which items you want to return along with your reason.

We will send return instructions via email. You may be asked to provide additional information.

We process returns through our headquarters in Rümlang, Switzerland. All returns must be sent to:

We do not refund import duties (if applicable).

We do not offer free return shipping (regardless of location).

Once we receive your return item(s), we inspect the package to make sure all items were returned.

After inspecting the package, we will credit your account. We can only refund your purchase using the method used to originally purchase and we will notify you once we credited your account. The refund amount will be equal to the original purchase price in local currency. We will not account for any exchange rate fluctuations. If you were eligible for, and received free shipping, this will be deducted from your refund.
Non-returnable items
Certain products sold on corebodytemp.com cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These include, but are not limited to, all types of adhesive patches, chest and arm straps, heart rate monitors and CORE suits for heat training. If you have any questions about these products, please email us at info@corebodytemp.com prior to purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Policy updates
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this return policy without notice.
