Warranty Policy
CORE warrants to the purchaser (the “Customer”) that each CORE sensor (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials or workmanship, under normal use, for two (2) years in the European Union, UK and Switzerland and one (1) year elsewhere in the world unless local regulations require a more extensive warranty.
CORE shall, at its sole option, refund the purchase price, repair, or replace the Product or any of its components that fail in normal use with refurbished Product or components. Repairs or replacements arising under this warranty section will be at no charge to the Customer.
When the Warranty Does Not Apply
This warranty does not apply to:
(i) cosmetic damage not affecting use of the Product;
(ii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, excessive liquid contact, fire, or other external cause;
(iii) damage caused by misuse or use of the Product in violation of Product instructions or intended uses,
(iii) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product, or
(iv) Products that had their electronic module housings opened or otherwise tampered with, or other damage caused by modification or alteration to the Product from its original configuration.
CORE reserves the right to refuse warranty claims when the Customer has procured the Product in any way that breaks the laws of any country or in a used condition from a second-hand source.
CORE intends the Product to function solely as an aid to training. CORE makes no warranty as to the effectiveness of the Product in improving the Customer’s performance or the accuracy of the data that the Product generates.

Should the warranty require the CORE sensor be returned, all customers, regardless of location, seeking warranty service should pack the Product securely with a printed copy of the return instructions, and mail the package to:
